The next era is about what happens in space
We’re building robotic spacecraft to make in-space operations routine. Our autonomous vehicles lay the foundation for sustained and scalable exploration, in-space logistics, and human presence beyond Earth. If you want to help build that future, we’d like to hear from you.
How we work
We’re looking for people who want to make an outsized impact on the future of space and who approach ambitious work with humility, ownership, and care for their craft.
Working at Katalyst is demanding, fast-moving, and hands-on. You’ll own real problems from concept through flight, work closely with a team of driven and thoughtful people, and help build systems that push the boundaries of what’s possible in space. We care about craftsmanship, humility, and doing things the right way, especially when it’s difficult.
